Improve Lifestyle Habits

I’ve recently been living a reversed day-night schedule, but I’ve thought of a way that might help me reset it. It comes from realizing that, as a night owl, it’s hard to change my morning habits, but easier to adjust my nighttime ones. Specifically, I plan to brush my teeth earlier in the evening, take a bath earlier, and clean up my room to make waking up more pleasant. These three habits are things I can do if I set my mind to it, and they feel much more achievable than forcing myself to wake up early. In fact, I tried them out last night and noticed some positive effects. So, I’d like to incorporate this approach and add a few other strategies to improve my daily routine and get my lifestyle back on track.
